Here at DTB Property Management, we take pride in being a locally owned and operated family business. With nearly 100 affordable housing properties across Jacksonville, we offer our customers quality and convenience at an affordable rate. Our experienced and reliable property management team works hard to ensure that all of our customers have a positive experience. Our goal is to provide an affordable housing solution that meets all of our customers' needs, so they can live with the peace of mind that comes with quality and reliable property management.

All of our properties comply with HUD and HCV standards. All properties are priced according to HCV payment standards. We work with Affordable Housing Vouchers, EdlerSource, Veterans, Low Income, Women's Shelters and more.

All tenant prospects must complete an application in order to be considered for a property. With the high demand for affordable housing we currently do not offer showings on rental properties. If you do not see the property listed here it may not be available yet, however, you can complete the application and follow up with the address of interest.

Once we have received your application, we will review your application and you will hear from a member of our team. If you are able to provide all required identity and income documentation with your application, it will expedite your review process.

All tenants must be able to pass a background check in order to be considered as a possible tenant. If you have any concerns you may speak with the property manager when they contact you.

If you are a current tenant, please direct all communication through your Tenant Portal. All maintenance requests now require as much detail as possible in order to expedite your work order.

All Waiting Lists(s) are officially closed effective Wednesday, May 31st, 2023, by 5:00 p.m. - NO Applications will be accepted after this date.

The Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program allows low-income families the opportunity to rent safe, decent and sanitary privately owned dwelling units. Subsidy payments are made by Jacksonville Housing (JH) to the owners on behalf of the family rather than directly to the family.

The program was created by the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 and is funded by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
