What is my garbage, yard waste, or recycling collection day?
Please call (904) 630-CITY (2489) for assistance with your collection schedules. You may also look this information up online. Tires and appliances need to be scheduled by calling 630-CITY (2489) or click on the link(s) to schedule tires or appliances collections.

How do I start Utility services?
Visit https://www.jea.com/My_Account/ or call (904) 665-6000 to transfer or create an account with JEA.  A security deposit may be required, by JEA, based on your account history.

How do I pay my rent?

  1. Paying your rent is easy, you are able to set up automatic payments through your tenant portal using your debit card or banking account information.
  2. Mail or Drop off (in black lock box near the front door) cash, cashier’s check or money order to:

  3. Zelle
    1. If your financial institution supports the use of Zelle or QuickPay, please send using the email address karrie@dtbpropertymanagement.com with your name & property address referenced.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

  1. All maintenance requests and communication with your property manager is done through your rental portal. This allows us to meet the needs of all of our tenants in a timely manner.
