APPLICATION PROCESS:

1. APPLY ONLINE
   1. $50 Application fee per adult. Non Refundable.
      1. Payment Options: Online, Money Order, Or Zelle
         1. Submit Money Order to
            • DTB Property Management, 1650 Art Museum Dr Suite 17, Jacksonville, FL 32207
            • Submit payment via Zelle to Karrie@DTBpropertymanagement.com.
2. SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
   1. ?Upload your required documentation online or E-mail to Karrie@dtbpropertymanagement.com
      1. ?Income Verficiation (3x Monthly Rent, Last 3 Pay Stubs, Bank Statements, Verifiable Proof of Employment.)
      2. Identification for each applicant.
3. Credit, Criminal and Background Check on each adult. 

Once you've been approved.

1. Execute your eLease Agreement
2. Pay all applicable move in fee's (Security Deposit, 1st Months Rent, Pet fee's, etc)
3. Provide Valid Renters Insurance
   1. Available for purchase through your tenant portal
   2. Upload your Renters Insurance to your tenant portal
4. Schedule Utility Transfer
   1. ?All utilities must be transferred into applicants name prior to occupancy.

Please Note: Jacksonville has the highest demand for affordable housing, all of our properties are newly renovated, fully insured and warrantied. Any delays in submission of required documents or delay in tenant communication could result in another applicant to be considered.
